Time Bomb is a short story first published in the August 2014 issue 452 of Youth literary Monthly. The story was adapted into a short film in the same year, sponsored by Ministry of Culture (R.O.C).

The film was Chuang’s first work as a production designer, at the age of 20. The film received positive feedback after premiere, her unique interpretation reflected in the visual design laid the groundwork for her art direction career as a young production designer, and soon invited to join the art department in film.
